The last few years have seen a significant increase in the popularity of felt accessories. To create such an accessory you will need:

sheets of felt red and black;
silicone glue in a special gun;
scissors.

The bag consists of two pairs of symmetrical parts, the patterns of which must first be cut out of paper.

The base of the handbag, that is, the body of the insect with legs, is recreated from black felt in two copies. The upper part, imitating the wings of a ladybug, is cut from red felt in the same amount.

Two strips are prepared from black felt:
the first, the width of which can reach up to 10 centimeters, will connect the handbag panels;
the second, up to 3 centimeters wide, will become the handle of the product.

Accessory assembly process
Having finished the preparation of all the necessary details of the bag, you can proceed with its assembly in the following sequence:
1. Using silicone glue, the red upper part is attached to the black felt base of each panel of the future handbag.

2. On the inner edge of one of the panels, a thin strip is gradually applied silicone glue, on which a wide felt strip sits with an edge.

3. In the same way, turning the product with the opposite side up, carefully secure the second felt panel. These operations should be done carefully so that silicone glue that goes beyond the felt, hardening, does not spoil the product. Its excess can be removed immediately with the sharp edge of the stack or scissors.

4. The handle is attached last. To do this, about a centimeter of each end of a narrow felt strip is abundantly lubricated with silicone glue, after which the edge of the handle is attached in the center to the inside of the wide strip.

The original hand-made handbag will become the girl’s favorite everyday accessory, which will surely find him proper use, will serve for her toys or necessary trifles.
