This February 14th postcard looks unusual due to its voluminous design. And the rainbow color makes her cheerful and cheerful. Such a gift will certainly cheer up the recipient and everyone else.
Materials for work:
- colored paper;
- thin cardboard;
- stationery knife;
- double sided tape;
- scissors.
Work instructions
The basis for the postcard will be a rectangle of thin cardboard with a pattern. You can use a scrapbooking kit or take, for example, a cover from a notebook. Fold the base in half. On the front side with the help of a clerical knife, cut out the heart.
Three colored rectangles are cut out of colored paper. Their sizes should be no less than a cut out hole in the shape of a heart.
On each colored rectangle, cut a hole-heart. But each should be 3 mm less than the previous one. And the biggest is less hole in the cardboard base.
We will fasten the hearts together with double-sided tape. Cut small squares from it, glue it on the corners of the blanks with hearts.
Putting the picture together. We overlay the rectangles of colored paper on top of each other so that the largest hole is the heart. We arrange them in descending order. Below is the smallest.
Glue the resulting set of hearts to the base of the card.
It remains to tidy up the inside of the postcard. Hide colored paper with a white rectangle. We make it the same size as the cardboard base of the postcard. Fold in half.
We glue it inside with double-sided tape so as not to crush the layers of colored paper.
