Ingredients:


  • Fat-free cottage cheese or 1% - 300 grams (1 pack).
  • Milk, fat content up to 1.5% - 150 milliliters.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pieces.
  • Sugar substitute or honey - to taste.

Cooking microwave casseroles:


1 - 2. First you need to prepare all the ingredients. Put them from the refrigerator to the surface and let lie down for 30 minutes. The fact is that all ingredients must be at the same temperature. This is necessary so that the casserole is tender and airy. We take 2 containers. It is necessary to separate the proteins from the yolk. To do this, it is enough to split the egg with a knife into two parts and pour the protein, covering the yolk with the second part of the shell.
3. Take a bowl of yolks. It is better to mix them immediately until smooth. Add the cottage cheese to the bowl gradually, constantly whipping with a mixer. Now gently pour the milk, stirring a little.

4 - 5. Let's move on to the squirrels. They must be cooled by refrigerating for 30 minutes. We take out the proteins and beat them with a mixer until lush foam. It is better to do this at the highest speed of the mixer in order to well enrich the proteins with oxygen. The more magnificent the squirrels, the more tender and airy the casserole. Mix proteins and yolks, thoroughly mixing with a whisk. Add a sugar substitute or honey.

6 - 7. Take the dough and pour into another bowl, which is suitable for a microwave. We put the dough in the microwave at a power of 800 watts for 20 minutes. We get the cottage cheese casserole. From above it can be poured with honey, sugar-free syrup or just mashed from berries or fruits. In the photo, the casserole is poured with jam without sugar.
