Would need:
puff pastry - 200 grams;
flour;
egg - 1 pc.;
hard cheese - 150 grams;
vegetable oil.
Cooking method:
1. Let's start with the filling. For such puffs, it is better to choose hard cheese, because it spreads less and looks very aesthetically pleasing. Cheese cut into cubes.
2. Then roll out the previously defrosted puff pastry. Cut the dough into even rectangles.
3. On top of each rectangle we put a block of cheese, cover with dough and connect the edges, pushing them with a fork.
4. Slightly grease the baking sheet with oil. Spread cheese puffs. Beat one egg with a fork. Grease each puff with a beaten egg.
5. Preheat the oven. It is best to cook such puffs at 170 degrees. Bake puffs for twenty minutes. Bon Appetit!
