A simple home-made stand for a fishing rod (or spinning) allows you to free your hands in the process of fishing and to avoid their flowing, because sometimes you have to hold the fishing rod for a very long time.
You can make such a stand from improvised materials. It will take two pieces of pipe of different diameters, a stud and a nut.
By the way, such a stand is very convenient to transport: we insert the lower part into the upper one, fixing the thread in the nut, and you're done.
Making the first part of the stand
First of all, cut a piece of 13-15 cm long from a pipe of larger diameter. Then, using a grinder, cut out a part of the wall in it.
The author welds a metal washer of a suitable size to the end face of the workpiece. Fully scalded optional - just do 3-4 potholders.
Then we clean all the welds using the flap wheel for angle grinders. Well, or you can do with an ordinary file. A nut is welded to the washer.
Making the second part of the stand
Next, cut off a piece of pipe of a smaller diameter and a piece of a threaded rod. We insert the hairpin into the pipe and scald. Then screw the thread into the nut.
Then, in the second segment of the pipe, it will be necessary to cut out part of the wall, as in the first case.
The last stage is grinding and painting. It is best to paint with spray paint in spray cans.
After that, we connect the two parts of the device together. Homemade stand is ready.
