Making round wooden sticks in your own hands in a garage and home workshop is a snap. Usually, special conductors are used for this, but there is another way. Perhaps someone will find it useful and useful in practice.
To make round sticks at home, the author proposes to make two simple devices first. One of them is used for rough processing of wooden blanks, and the second is for calibration.
For the manufacture of the first fixture, two pieces of metal pipe of different diameters will be required. The length of each segment is approximately 5-7 cm. And they will need to be welded together.
Step-by-step process for making round sticks
Next, you need a piece of the building corner. In one of its shelves you need to make a slot with a grinder, and weld the previously made guide sleeve. In it, it will be necessary to make a cut under the saw blade.
The corner itself is attached to the circular desktop. Then sawn wooden blanks of square section must be passed through the guide sleeve. The output will be round sticks, but rough processing.
To calibrate the workpieces, the master makes a second device - from two nuts. In one of them you need to make a slot with a grinder. The nuts are welded together.
