Doing unusual things with simple materials with your own hands is always exciting, interesting, and even a little exciting, since the result of such a creative experiment is often very difficult to predict. However, in most cases, the finished product meets all expectations and efforts.

In this article we will tell you how to make a very beautiful decorative stand for the house from branches and epoxy that will decorate any interior. First, from the branches of fruit trees, which have a beautiful texture, you will need to cut small barrels with a height of about 3-4 cm. Then we proceed to the next stage of work.

The process of making a decorative stand

From the plastic bucket you need to cut the bottom, and then a strip 5-6 cm wide. We put the resulting hoop on a sheet of chipboard or plywood, the surface of which is pre-glued with tape, and fixed with hot glue all around. Then we install three long branches inside (these will be the legs of the stand) and barrels of different diameters, trying to arrange them as densely as possible to each other.

In the next step, mix the epoxy with the hardener in the right amount and add a little pink dye (if you wish, you can use any other color or shade). Next, fill the hemp with epoxy for several approaches - in thin layers. After the resin hardens, the strip from the plastic bucket is removed, and the sides and the front surface of the product are ground.

Using a hand milling cutter, a slightly rounded rim is made (exclusively for their aesthetic reasons), and then the surface is polished.
