Caesar salad, without false modesty, can be called one of the most popular. You can try the reference recipe in a good restaurant, but not in all cafes it is perfect. For the classic recipe, romaine salad, croutons, parmesan cheese and sauce with the obligatory addition of anchovies are used. We will cook the salad in haste, but this will make it no less tasty.
A set of ingredients:
  • Iceberg Salad - 1 head of cabbage.
  • Chinese salad - 1/2 head of cabbage.
  • 10 pieces of nuggets.
  • 1 sliced ​​loaf.
  • Cheese - 150 g.
  • 15 - 20 pcs. cherry tomatoes.
  • 8 quail eggs.
  • Caesar Sauce - 1/3 Pack
  • Mayonnaise - 1/3 of a small package.
  • Astoria Garlic Sauce - 1/3 Pack

Butter and vegetable oil, paprika, salt.

You can start by making crackers. Cut the crust with a thin layer from the whole surface of the loaf, then cut the remaining crumb into slices 1 cm thick. Pour 4-5 slices of bread into each other, cut into strips 1 cm thick. Next, cut across to get even bread cubes. We use 2/3 of the loaf.

We lay out the obtained billet for crackers on a baking sheet, salt, sprinkle with paprika and put in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then we take out the semi-finished crackers, collect them with a slide, put 2-3 plates of butter on top or sprinkle with vegetable. Put in the oven for another ten minutes, until the crackers are browned.

In a saucepan with cold water we place quail eggs, put on the stove and cook for 10 minutes.

We prepare lettuce leaves. Chinese cabbage is divided into separate leaves. Next, cut out the hard core, leaving only the soft part of the salad leaf. Iceberg lettuce is also separated from the stump. We cut all the leaves into large squares, about 4 x 4, 5 x 5 cm in size.

We take a pack of frozen nuggets, let them lie down for 10 - 15 minutes, so that they unfreeze a little. In a slightly heated pan, pour the sunflower oil and spread the chicken semi-finished products in it. Fry until golden crust for 3-4 minutes on each side, over medium heat.

We prepare the rest of the products. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Cut the quail eggs in half. Wash the cherry, wipe with a napkin and also cut lengthwise into two halves. Each nuggets are cut into four strips.

In a deep container, spread all the leaves of the salad. Add sauces and mayonnaise, you can also immediately add crackers. Mix everything thoroughly.

Now take a large flat plate. On the center we lay out a mass of leaves and crackers. We lay out the required number of slices of cherry tomatoes over the entire surface. Next, lay out strips of nuggets and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Halves of eggs decorate the dish. Voila!
