For centuries, candles are a wonderful decoration of the interior. In addition, a candle is a wonderful gift. Candles can add romance to the interior and decorate any room. I propose to make a candle from colored wax crayons. Such a colored candle will fill your home with energy, fun and give a great mood!

Let's get started! Materials:

- wax candle;
- color wax crayons;
- stationery knife;
- pencil or wand;
- a glass of yogurt or a cookie cutter;
- an iron jar (for example, from coffee).

Step 1. Take a candle. With a clerical or ordinary knife, we cut the candle into several small parts, so it will melt faster. Try not to damage or accidentally cut the wick inside the candle. Then we need him.

Step 2. Then we take wax crayons of yellow, green and pink color, but you can use any other colors. Remove the wrapper from them, if any, and use a clerical knife to cut the crayons into many small parts.

Step 3. On a pencil or wand we tie a previously prepared wick remaining from the candle.

Step 4. Put a few pieces of candle and crayons in an iron can (they should be the same color, for example, green).

Step 5. Fill the pan with water, boil, and then immerse there an iron can with a cut candle and crayons. We are waiting for everything to completely melt.

Step 6. Now we proceed to the choice of molds. It can be any, for example, you can use a glass of yogurt, a jar of sour cream or cream. Keep in mind, if the candle does not work out of the mold, then the mold will have to be cut. Next, drop the pencil with the wick into the mold. Make the first layer - green. Until the wax has frozen, pour it into the mold, and wait until it completely hardens, only after that you can fill in the second layer and subsequent ones.

Step 7. Fill the second (yellow) and third (pink) layer. Layers may be more, or less, it all depends on your imagination.

Step 8. Wait until all layers are completely frozen. Cut off the excess wick, remove the candle from the mold.

Here we have such a colored candle!

You can also change colors, add aromatic oils, various sparkles. Such a candle can be wrapped in a beautiful package and presented to a loved one. Imagine!
