This is a mobile thermos flask box for soft drinks. You can also store hot dishes in it, but separately from cold foods and drinks.
For the manufacture of the box itself, you can use plywood, particleboard or OSB.
The first thing the master does is marking, after which he cuts the blanks of the desired size.
The main stages of work
From cut blanks, the author collects a box of square shape. The size of the box may be different - it is at your discretion.
In the next step, it will be necessary to cut the sheets of foam or extruded polystyrene foam to size.
Then we “clad” them with the inside of the box. At the bottom, the author puts two sheets of polystyrene foam.
After that, using furniture hinges, we fasten the lid to the drawer. To its inner side, the master glues a piece of polystyrene foam.
Then you need to screw the handle to the lid. By the way, it would also be nice to screw the handles to the side walls, so that it would be convenient to carry the box.
At the last stage, it remains only to glue foil isol or similar material in the sheets of expanded polystyrene sheets.
