When repairing a car, you often have to cut the hoses due to the fact that they are stretched in the seat or torn. If you cut the hose with a knife or scissors, then the cut is hard to make even. In order to get an even end, the author of the video created a special device.
The tool resembles scissors in its functionality, but thanks to the original device it cuts more evenly.
